In our quest for perfection, our Cellar Master has selected just one rare variety of barley – Golden Promise, thus giving us preference to taste over yield and making Le Breuil the only French Whisky made with Golden Promise barley. After that, everything is in demanding standards: traditional floor maltings, meticulous brewing, distillation at the Château, then ageing in small oak barrels of 200-250 litres.

The resulting Le Breuil whisky hailing from Normandy, has a fruity character, with a lovely malted base that is beautifully long and silky on the palate.
