ABOUT US
After quickly establishing ourselves as an award-winning whisky shop, the Carnegie Whisky Cellars has continued to strive for greatness.
We stock an extensive range of spirits produced throughout Scotland, with over 450 whiskies, 60 gins, liqueurs and other bespoke items – we personally feel that we don’t need to look any further than Scotland for the best selection of spirits in the world.
At the Carnegie Whisky Cellars we are known for stocking a fantastic selection of independent bottlings from Adelphi Distillery Ltd, AD Rattray, Douglas Laing, Gordon & Macphail, Morrison & Mackay and more.
We offer a series of tasting experiences in our Vaultroom to give people the chance to enjoy a few drams with friends whilst learning the history of our great industry.
Also in our Vaultroom, you will find a substantial selection of old, rare and collectable bottles available for sale.
Working towards a joint goal with businesses in Dornoch and the Dornoch Whisky Festival, we are aiming to establish Dornoch as a centre of excellence for Scottish Whisky in the north of Scotland. With nine whisky distilleries and even more gin distilleries north of Inverness, we look to work with each of them to ensure that whisky fans visiting the north are in for a great experience.
